The Count of Monte Cristo

“The Homecoming” of James O’Neill who left New Ross on Board the Famine Ship India as a 5 year old in 1851”

This will be a unique opportunity to attend the Irish premiere of the 1913 classic film starring James O’Neill, father of Nobel Prize winning American playwright Eugene O’Neill. This promises to be a special evening and will include an illustrated tale presented by Dr Richard Hayes WIT on the relationship between James and Eugene O’Neill and their Irish roots.
